Citroën will become car rental company

The automaker plans to launch this new service from September 20, first time in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille and Lyon before extending the scheme to other cities.
Users can rent the vehicle remotely, by phone, and it delivered to the address of their choice within three hours.
